Party & Safety Tips

1. Always secure your entertainer within a month or earlier before your party. Most entertainers book up early. By booking soon, all other clients will have to work around your day and time.

2. When the entertainer confirms, make sure to give them an actual count of children attending the party. This way the time spent on activities will be appropriate.

3. Have your entertainer arrive at least 15 minutes to ½ hour after the party starts. This way, you will ensure that all of your guests will have already arrived.

4. Clowns love shade. If you are going to have an outside party. Please ensure some kind of shade. It is also a good idea to keep the children out of the direct sunlight as well.

5. Have first-aid supplies handy. Be ready for cuts and grazes. It is highly unlikely that anything will happen, but it is good to be prepared.

6. If you give out party bags for the children, make sure that they are age appropriate. Many of the party favors in stores are a choking hazard to small children.

7. If you are holding a party outside of the home at another location, ask each parent who will be picking up their child. Do not release a child to anyone you do not know. Make sure that you have adequate supervision for each child during the party. You may want to assign an adult to take the children to the restroom etc.

8. Make sure that you have payment for the entertainer ready for the end of the party. You don’t want to interrupt, cutting the cake, etc. etc.

9. Have fun, take pictures, video’s etc. It is a time to remember.
