All Children love face painting. Blinkee will paint either the face, arm or hand of your child. Depending on the child's level of comfortability. For example, a child of 2 would most likely want to have Elmo painted on their hand, thus allowing them to look at it when ever they desire. All Blinkee's paints are water based and saftey tested. All paint can be removed with soap and water.
